Okay I have a problem going here. I have had Napster to Go for about a year now. I go it for my MP3 player to take tracks with me. I can do this. But we just moved and I lost the cord for the MP3 player and also the disc for it in the move. So I hadnt really downloaded any songs yet even though I was paying the $14.95 a month at the end of each month. After I tried to cancel and the lady gave me it FREE till end of this month so I could keep my songs, I started downloading songs. It became addicting. I go to burn some of these songs on cd's. Again with no money cause no job I hardly had it for the cd's I was excited to get some NEW music to listen to outside of napster. I got to download and it tells me I HAVE TO PAY $.99 for EACH song! Okay my question goes here: how many do this? How many get an account and pay $15 a month to JUST download songs but not burn them? I think its kinda of unfair. What am I paying for then? I am afraid I may get the same thing when I finally use my MP3 player! I figured it out for those I was gonna get the whole cd it would be cheaper to purchase it off amazon.com used! At $.99 a track for two cd's worth that each had 17 songs I'd pay like $34.00 on napster or $10.00 used on amazon.com NOT worth it! So my question is why do they charge like that? What am I paying for? Does anyone actually do this? If I thought this was the deal I started I dont think I'd ever started doing this last year! NO point to pay $20. for that many songs and I could get it cheaper to buy the whole cd on amazon.com! Thoughts? Sorry this is so long! Just wondering what everyone else thinks...
