Which Is Your Favourite Traffic Exchange And Are They Worth It !!

We are now talking traffic exchanges !!! Are trafic exchanges worth the trouble these days ?? Everyone has their own say about them !! Some of you may have your favourite traffic exchanges and some of you do not like them !! What you think!!!

I had used traffic exchanges for years but a few days ago I did a test, promoting my mylot referral id on a special web page - I checked the stats and out of 1000 visitors not 1 sign up and not one of those stayed 1 minute. I now think they are very close to a waste of time.

I continue to use traffic exchanges if for no other reason than to build name recognition. The more time someone sees my website the better chance they will remember and when the need is there they will know where to go.
