I would like to immigrate to Canada with only a 2year diploma as credential. Is there a program so i can marry a Canadian national and divorce right away when i get a job.Or something like being a refugee even though im not a refugee. Can someone help me. I'm sick and tired of politics in the Philippines.

I'm not in Canada, but the US. Marrying someone for immigration is illegal here and I assume in Canada. If you do that, you'll be caught and deported. I don't know of a way to help you, but a sham marriage is not the way. Maybe come as a student?

I'd assume so. There's no age limit on learning.

tough situation really. You have to fulfill some criteria to migrate to any country. Goodluck if you can find any canadian national willing to marry but do you think that would be fair enough to her.

This situation is a practice that is done nowadays. All you have to do is pay her if she is willing and then voila you are in Canada.
