Do you believe so? Do you agree? Well, it is hard to actually say for sure, but the thought will be that person has done it once so he/she have that tendency to do it again, because they have proven that they are capable of such. But then I think it is a matter of trust, change is the only permanent thing in this world, therefore everyone is capable of changing. In your personal opinion or maybe based on experience, can you say that once a cheater always a cheater?

Well, I think this is true to some extent. Being cheated on really leaves a mental and emotional scar to people. But some 'cheaters' really do succeed in changing the way they were. Sadly, some people pre-judge them and won't believe in them anymore. Sad. =/

yeah I guess the best thing to do is to avoid putting yourself in the situation where people will doubt your credibility, bottomline, you build your own reputation afterall.

it is in their system already a habit forming attitude. it is already in their psyche that one has got to do it to survive and they believe they can get a away with it. it is also a sense of power having control of people and situation.
