Are you a "to see is to believe" person?

Do you most of the time doubt information being passed to you? Or are you more likely to trust and believe what is being told? There are some people that are really "to see is to believe" type, like they wouldn't ever believe you with just a word of mouth, it's like they are always suspicious with regards to almost anything. Can you consider that paranoid or just playing safe?

I am a "to see is to believe" kind of person. Unless the source it comes from is genuine, I wont believe

it is better to be that way than believe in ssomething that is being told. unless, you already have an idea on what is it all about.if someone tells you things then try to research on it and if it is true, well and good.

If the information is very authentic then I do not go for counter checking. Otherwise, I will definitely would like to see it myself to ensure the information is correct. Sometime, while listening to gossips, there are chances of taking wrong decisions.
