I have had to try alot of different sleeping pills, and methods all together. Lately I find myself more run down, and can sleep at the whim of a pillow dropping on my couch. I am so used to being up all night, but now I find myself falling asleep in the midst of a conversation on the phone. It's weird how my sleeping habits have changed once again. I guess being sick does that to you, especially with what I have got. I really feel as if I am slowly becoming older. I mean I know I am, but I just feel as if I am alot older than most my age, cos of my body, and health. Who knows why we have these different spurts of not sleeping for years, and then sleeping as if we never thought we could again. My take on it is stress. I have alot of it, as much as the next person. I think alot internalize what they can not process in an emotional state, and put it for later use in the physical state. Then our bodies digest it the best way it can to get rid of it. Illness, or well just aging. There are tons of things the body does. Mine I think is all of the above. I dunno what are your thoughts?
