What time do you get up?

Yeah the feeling of early to sleep and early to wake up is very nice. But for me it is not applicable at this time since I have a three months old baby. I wake up every now and then tending for my baby's need. Though I feel sleepy I am still happy with what I am doing. Maybe I'll sleep more when my child will grow in a few months and when he changes he's sleeping style.

I haven't actually heard of that saying before, and I'm not sure if it's true. It really is a nice feeling to be an earlybird, at night (maybe) and in the morning. Unfortunately, I'm often late to bed at night and also pretty late in the mornings, though I really do miss waking up to that misty morning sky. :) On weekdays, mornings would probably be around 7:30 - 8am; I'm so lazy :$ I've been trying a lot to organise my days so I can fit it in with an early nights sleep and an early rise to the morning (or earliER) because I guess it's just nice to be that way.

im not able to fall asleep until around 4 or 5am..even if im exhausted. then i have to wake up at 11am at the latest. so i get an average of about 5-6hrs of sleep a night. ::yawn:: and im pretty sure that saying "early to bed early to rise" is evil. LOL!

The early bird catches the worm! I like to get up early, well my head likes to be up early my body is less willing though! I've always been a morning person and would relate the time you were born as to whether you are a 'morning person' or an 'evening person'. My daughter was born at night and she can't get up early for a toffee!

I almost everyday wake up at 6.30 am, my cell phone alarm always set at that time, if I'm not wake up that time, definatelly I will be late arrive at works, while sleeping I usually sleep at 10.30 pm, sometimes a little late also, but it will influent my tomorow morning wake up.
