what you do for make yourself fit and how much time you spend per day on it?

Working out - Working out should begin with stretching
I work out by walking between 30 min to an hour a day and then three times a week I do aerobics and Pilate's. If I work out more than that I will be miserable. I wish I could find something different to do instead of the same old routine though. I do climb up to my 3 story apartment many times a day, so I guess that would be a type of exercise too.
