Are Traffic exchange sites consdiered as spamming?

Okay, this may sound waaaaay dumb...but I just really want to make sure that they aren't...they're not, right? Because I was wondering whether I can post my agloco referral link on trafficswarm.com (I did email agloco but they just referred me back to the referral center). So I just want to make sure that it's ok to get referrals for agloco via traffic exchange sites...any insights will be appreciated--thanks!! =)

No traffic exchanges are not spamming tools. They help get traffic/exposure to sites. I use several of them. I also have a link to trafficswarm at my profile for anyone who's interested to get more traffic to their sites. =)

Thanks for the insight on this one, owstalaga...hehe but I actually haven't been able to focus on agloco these days--but sure do appreciate your response! =)
