At what age would you like to be stagnant/to be there for bit long period?

I would like to be like this at age of 22 when I was in college and hope that is priod I enjoyed life comparatively.

What you are driving at here is seemingly towards emotional and intellectual stability because, hardly will we find people financially stable at 22. Yes, most people normally reach stability at this age. You have a very realistic target.
