Does it really make a difference? i tag all of my discussions, but i wanted to know does it make a difference to my earnings or reputation? also if you do tag what kind of tags do you use? smart ones, witty ones, boring obvious ones or do you choose not to tag your discussions at all?

I put tags when I start a discussion but not when I respond to one. I don't think it makes a difference to the amount of money you make. It will help to get people to find your topic though and let them respond. I think you get a point when that happens though.

till now no one has found out how mylot actually works and what i think is that the more u write the more u get paid,u get aroun5-6 cents each if the post is quite big now coming to the point, the more u work on ur post the more likly is that u get paid more irrespective of how many responses u get.that doesnt mean that responses doesnt count but..... the more u spend writing a big article, the more u get paid. its better to tag ur discussion, its quite easy to find aswell as to reply

well, i know that but i seem to have noticed a trend, people who have said they tag have bigger numbers in their stars, and people who say they don't have smaller numbers. hmmmm.... i see a connection here.

yes I always tag and comment everything: discussions and pictures. I think it is good to cataloge all discussions and pics in the right place. It is just make order in mylot, so people can find easily what they're looking for.

Well I do add tags if I am opening a discussion, however if I am answering a discussion then I do not usually add a tag. Tags are just there for easier navigation of myLot.

I do tag my discussions, it helps to bring more people to your discussions. If they do a search for a certain tag then they can find your discussion when they may not have otherwise. I try to keep my tags things that actually fit the post and use as many as I can.

Yes, I tag my own always... it may not directly affect your earnings but I think that if you tag your reply with some words when people search for discussions it will be easier for them to como to your discussion and them you'll make money with that.

Yes, I do. It is a must for me to tag my discussion, but I seldom tag my responses. I know that if you tag your discussion, it is easier to search your post in the search bar above, so that more people here in MyLot can response to your discussion. Is it true?

yeah, that makes sense, if more people can find your discussion, then more people can reply to it.

I always tag discussions, but I don't know if it pays better... I use obvious tags, because the purpouse of tagging is to find the discussion more easily

Tagging discussions after posting is quite an easy thing to do, so I do it. I don't have any idea as to whether it has any effect on my earnings, though. The best description that comes to my mind, most fitted for the item being considered, are the words I use to tag each one.
