as consultant trainee, you'd go for a classroom training on a new computer programming language but you'll have a 3 year binding contract with the company

as consultant, you'd self study a new computer programming language but you'll have a one year contract with the company

id prefer the one which has no bond, so i can learn and take what i learn with me anytime i get tired of the job. but since that is not in the choices provided, i suggest take the one with the shorter binding contract. ^_^
