What do you do for exercise?

I do not enjoy going to the gym and working out. I am a walker. I like to walk on the treadmill or preferably outside. What do you do to get exercise?

I train and exercise horses. They would be the "Thigh Master". The bale throw and saddle toss are for my upper body. Stall cleaning.....more upper body and abs. That pretty much covers it for me.

I make a brisk walk everymorning for 45 minutes (approximately 4 kms) and in the evening I do static cycling for about 15 minutes. These exercises keep me fit.

Walking is my favorite exercise also. I often have to walk on the treadmill because of the lack of nice weather but as soon as it's nice, I head outside.

Thatz the best form of excercise, as adviced by doctors. even I prefer going out for long walks and even walk to office from my residence which is abt 2 kms one way. My only problem is that I pespire a lot after walking and the it smells bad ordor.
