My brother introduced me to Green Day when Dookie was released. I've been hooked ever since. I agree that Holidy and Wake Me Up When September Ends are great songs.

um, those songs are good, but they arent "awesome". GREEN DAY's best songs are from their early stuff- "when i come around", "she", "good riddance", "hitchin a ride", "welcome to paradise".. so on and so on. to be a true green day fan, you need to realise that their best songs are not on american idiot. any real green day fan will tell you that. ive been a fan of green day's since i was 4, in 1992, so thats 15 years. and if your a true green day fan, you should spell their name the RIGHT way (GREEN DAY), not that teeny-bopper lazy way (GREENDAY). sorry to come of so rude, but im just stating the truth.
