Bad habits, are they the same or do they change with age??

Years ago I used to have the terrible habit of biting my nails when I was worried or nervous. Is there anything you do when you feel this way. Come on, what bad habits do you have, I won't tell anyone ha!!

I do not smoke or drink never liked the taste and never felkt high by drinking so never wnet that way. Only bad habit I have is sleeping a lot. I do get up late.As a kid for school we used to get up at five in the morning so nopw I feel like sleeping till late and it annoys my hubby a lot but I just can't seem to help it and get rid of it. I get up at eight and he is an early riser. so thats one thing I do really need to change about me seriously.

Well, I guess my worst habit is that I drink a lot, but an awful lot of coffee. I practically do not intake any other kind of liquid, even water I hardly drink, but I can make myself a cup of coffee at 00:00 and then just go to sleep. I guess my stomach will start to complain in a couple of years. Except of that, I believe my other habits -good or bad- tend to change by the years. I also used to bite my nails, until my 19 or 20, but stopped doing it since then. Lately I 've gained a new -and really bad- habit, to not be able to organise well my time, so I lose quite a lot of time in unimportant things and tend to delay or even skip sometimes things which are quite important because I just cannot fit them in my -bad- schedule

Dilly dallying does waste a lot of time and I'm sure we're all guilty of that from time to time.

I was a hoarder when I was young. Now that I am older, I still am. I don't have any bad habits that I do when I am nervous or worried. Worrying doesn't get me anywhere so I do my best to stay positive.

that's good and a positive thing to do because all the worrying in the world doesn't change a single thing!

When im nervous or worried I tend to bite my lips or start tugging my sleeves. I dont know why I do that and Im sure it looks pretty funny not to mention many sleeves that are longer now than when I bought them.

haha! I've never heard of tugging sleeves before. Sorry I didn't mean to laugh but I was picturing you in clothes with one sleeve longer than the other!!

I save every piece of paper. The sad thing I can never find them when I need them.. It's my New Years resolution every year to stop it, but I never do.

I smoke and I used to bite my nails too. I wish I could stop smoking but progress is a slow process. I'm pretty sure I still have some bad habits but I'm not sure how bad they are. I just try to focus on the good while I work on the bad and that usually levels me out for the most part.
