do u have any supersitions?? if yes, whats it? and do they really help u?

Superstitions are just false notions which get into our minds. By believing something we give so much mental energy to it that it appears to take shape. One should alway think positive and use its mental power rather that relying on such false notions.

i HAD a silly superstition: always ending to rise stairs with the left foot. If i was ending the stairs with the right foot i ended jumping the last step, always with the left foot! I read once ancient romans believed ending stairs with right foot was a bad omen, so they build temples with odd steps to be sure to start and end the stairs with the left foot!
