Have you ever had trouble with an online debit account?

I just deposited the load limit on my credit/debit card which I have been using for the better part of a year. Whenever I have a job I get my paychecks direct deposited to my card. I just got my Pell Grant money on Saturday and deposited $999 to my card, ever since I have been unable to log into my account online and so I called them three times yesterday, I was also supposed to receive another deposit for 975 dollars yesterday which they say was not received from an online casino that I had won at and had received an email that my money would be processed out on Monday. I am so frustrated and stymied right now! I put that money on the card so that I could buy things online and they are messing up the whole thing GRRRRRRRRRRRR! Has anyone else ever had this happen to them?
