I really don't watch them myself and can't understand what the draw is to these shows, I would never go on those shows, especially Fear factor.

Oh I couldn't go on a reality show, I can't even stand to see myself in photos! I suppose some people do it because they want to be famous and thats fine if all you want is 15 minutes of fame! Look at those who went on Celebrity Big Brother it's not done any of them any good and probably wrecked the careers of at least three of them! No thanks! :-)

Oh no - no way could I do that! I don't watch them either actually, but you can't help reading about them in the newspapers, or overhear people at work talking about them, and I just couldn't bear the loss of privacy, and to think that people could see me in every private moment. No amount of money could recompense me for that.

I could never, no matter how much money they offer, go on one of those. I don't even watch those shows. Forget fear factor, I would never ever do that.

I like The Amazing Race very much and i'm considering participation in the future though it's very hard and stressful but seeing so many countries and doing some amazing things wich probably once in your life time will do, the thrill of not beign eliminated and continuing the race bring you an awesome feeling.

I would not want to be on a reality T.V. show because more often than not, it is not reality. Because of all the footage they shoot compared to such little air time, they have their choice of how they want to make you look. They can edit your entire personality or true performance. For example, if I was on a dating reality show and was really smooth, cool, courteous, and funny the whole date, but I also happened to trip on a pebble on the sidewalk, the show could decide to air my trip and edit some out-of-context lines I use at dinner. And poof, you look like a complete idiot in front of millions of people. Also, as another poster states, it's just not that real. Some of these people act like complete idiots when the camera is on. Many are just so ingenuine. It's like an Anna Nicole-fest. I remember one episode of one of these reality shows where a girl got married to a complete stranger and tricked her family about the marriage. The sole purpose was to get paid by the reality show. Would you stage a fake marriage to your family for money? Well, once the family found out the truth on wedding day, they were pi**ed! So the reality t.v. show producers offered them like $500,000 on camera to calm them down (and salvage all their precious footage). The father said no way, no amount of money is worth this kind of embarrassment. And he was really disappointed with his daughter. So the reality show producers offered $1 million. Guess what? Happy ending. All was forgiven. The father was happy. How phony people are. Anyway, I admit the vast majority of reality t.v. is a disaster, but like a train wreck, sometimes I can't look away. Like that "Apprentice". I think Trump is an vain ego-maniac and many of those apprentices are rude, childish and cut-throat. Yet I still sometimes watch. But who knows, maybe for enough money, I'd join the masses and look dumb on television too (but I hope not).

My husband has said that he would love to go on Fear Factor. He'd be really good for that show. Nothing scares him and he'll eat anything you put in frong of him. I'd love to do Wife Swap.

LOL--- I'm sure I couldn't pull off Fear Factor-- I couldn't get into a tank with snakes, or be covered with hissing cockroaches.. I would love to do the Amazing Race-- I think it would be so much fun! Touring the world-- learning all about it- What a rush! I'm not good with directions so I'm not sure how good I'd be- Big Brother-- I love to watch it-- but I'd probably kill the other housemates! LOL Survivor would be great too-- I'm a bit bossy so I'm sure I'd probably be one of the first to go! I love reality showS!!!

There's no way i'd go on a reality tv show. Here in the UK it seems that all the press does is spend their time digging around for dirt on them and basically tries to turn everyone against them...unless you're one of the few lucky ones. It's not worth risking. I think a lot of people who enter Big Brother (or a lot of the ones they select anyway) only enter for there 5 minutes of fame. It's become far too predictable now.

When I was younger I wanted to be on The Real World on MTV, not sure if you ever caught that one..I thought it might have been a cool experience, but not nowadays. It seems that our TV is saturated with reality tv shows!!! I think in todays society, everyone wants to get rich quick and a reality show will do that!! Its a means to an end- money makes the world go round!
