Manic Depression and pregnancy

Has anyone else here gone through a pregnancy with manic depression? I was diagnosed with manic depression 3 years ago. In that time I've been on medication and then went off of it (to get pregnant). I'm now going to therapy and using non-medication treatment. For the most part I feel that I have my manic depression under control but there are days when I feel like I can't do this...even though I know I have to. If you've gone through this what helped you get through it? Did you get pregnant a second time? Were you on medication during pregnancy? What treatment options did you use/look into during pregnancy?

You need to consult closely with your doctor, do small things to help yourself, like walking, conversing, taking up new interests.
