I have tons of trouble sleeping but haven't used real sleeping pills in a long time although I should get some. I usually use Benedryl nighttime, for allergies, or Gravol.

You know, I've tried them and still couldn't sleep. That's pretty disgusing, isn't it?

No, I dont use sleeping pills. Although, I have sleeping disorder taking sleeping pills is not a good solution to it. What I usually do is that I would read books in order for me to get sleep even just for 3 hours.
