Hello pecheb, You can do that yourself by login to your domain control panel, and then direct your domain name dns to your new hosting nameserver (ex:ns1.domain.com, ns2.domain.com) it's usually takes only 15 minutes to get it link each other between your domain and your hosting but in the true case it can take around 24-48 hours.

there are two ways on transferring your domain name: DNS transfer and transfer of registrar. if that is only a DNS transfer, you can change the DNS in your control panel (hosting) and wait for maximum of 48 hours for the DNS to propagate. if it is a transfer of registrar, you have to inform the registrar of your domain (the company where you registered your domain) that you will be transferring your domain to another hosting company. normally, it takes 7-10 days to transfer a domain to another hosting company. hope it helps.
