can anybody tell me if it is easy to find work in dubai if I will have a visit visa? i'd like to know if there are call centers hiring in dubai and what is the salary range? I am interested to go to dubai but I don't know where and how to start.

You can't work in dubai on visit visa. First of all you have to grab a residential visa and to issue a work permit. You can search on internet about the process of issuing a work permit of UAE.
