Left over chinese food. Cold and straight out of the container. I think it really is better that way. Ok, seriously. I love a good toasted bagel in the morning with cream cheese. Well any kind of cheese really. But if it's really eggs he wants, tried some hard boiled ones. that's easy enough because they can be made the night before.

Hey, thanks for the wonderful recipe. It looks really tempting and makes me want to cook it one of these days...as a matter of fact, I'll go and add it to my "to cook" list, cheers for sharing!

Once in a while I make chocolate chip pancakes! They don't have to have many chips in them, less sugar than maple syrup, and it's like a big cookie for breakfast.

Something else too.......strawberry/ or blueberry, yogurt w/ apples diced up in it. It is really good. Both my kids love it for a snack or breakfast. Get real tart apples, like Johnathan, and you'll be surprised how good it is. My son actually started putting banananas and blueberries in yogurt for a change. He's only 9 and loves making it himself and comming up with new ideas on mixing food.

You could try pancakes or waffles or just even some toast . My little one's have always like cheerios for breakfast . In the winter I sometimes make them oatmeal as you can get the one's with different flavors and they are really easy and quick to prepare .

My daughters all loved eggs too. They loved when I did microwave scrambled eggs with cheese... mmm - and how easy is that, 2 minutes and they are yummy. Hey, if he likes eggs, then how about those quiche things that are frozen, you could just heat some up for him. Also, my pediatrician said that pizza is perfectly good as a breakfast meal... my youngest daughter loves pizza.
