NJ Real Estate Taxes

Anyone live in New Jersey and own a home? I am soooo sick of the real estate taxes! i just needed to gripe, anyone reading this from out of state DON'T Move to NJ!! Imagine paying 2.25% of your house value EVERY YEAR!! Do the math and you will feel my pain. I can't give specifics because my husband doesn't like me giving out too personal info on the internet.
