I did check on the nokia website and think you need to download and install a modem setup software which you can found on their "Product support " page. You may try on this link as well and I hope this will help:)

Thanks dellion, but my point in here I need software in my cellphone to make my phone can be modem through bluetooth connection. in nokia standard they just put infrared feature on it. this is stupid I think for what we have bluetooth connection if we can use it maximal.

LOL, you have to do verry unique thing no one has done before. Anyhow, there is a software name 'connectivity bluetooth' which helps out to connect modem through blue tooth. Download it and run it I am quite sure your problem will resolve after installing it. The software is patched in RAR you have to unzip from RAR and then going to transfer it through blue-tooth or some infra-red device. Best of luck and enjoy using modem from your mobile phone :)

I think You just install hardware and software bluetooth. After you finish it. You can run actived bluetooth on you pc and on your nokia 6600. Use Modem connection on bluetooth pc. You will get connected to internet. I do That for my self
