How long the BPO industry will sustain?

We saw a tremendous growth in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in last one decade. It has helped businesses to cut down on cost, gain quality, and also it has created millions of jobs in the sub-continent. But the future on BPOs' seems uncertain...! When millions got jobs in sub-continent, millions also loosed jobs in developed countries, and those who are loosing their jobs may start revolting..

When some other countries with solid infrastructure and massive manpower offers low prices, these BPO make a beeline to that country.

I dont think that people in the developed countries will revolt, the people living in the developed countries have many benefits there, even if they are unemployed they are paid for being unemployed!! BPO s will remain in India mainly due to 2 reasons. Qualified and highly educated staff is available, and they come cheap in India!!
