Just now I have entered into the field of Networking and within a few months I have to learn networking concepts. I do not know the basics of networking. Please help me out, how can I improve the networking concepts

Since you are just entering the field, I would suggest starting off with a much lower certifcation. CompTIA offers a certifcation in general networking called Network+. There are courses on this or you can pick up a book at any book store.
