I was curious about teachers who have taught abroad. Where did you go and why? Was it a particular program, sabatical, etc? I was accepted to the JET program, was scheduled to leave in July of 98 to go to Gunma Ken (sp) it was an hour north of Tokyo by train and sounded amazing! I found out I was pregnant the day we returned from the training at the Consulate in Chicago. Please, tell me about your stories!
