Ok, so lately I've been having these wicked cravings for anything that has salsa in it, or tastes like salsa. I found this great recipe on kraftcanada.com that has chicken, rice, salsa and cheez whiz, and it's really really good, but I'm in need of other recipes involving good ol' salsa! The recipe I just talked about it below. Prep: 5 min Ready In: 25 min Serves: 4 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces 1 cup each: salsa and water 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked 1/2 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Process Cheese Product COMBINE chicken, salsa and water in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min. STIR in rice. Return to boil. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 min. ADD Cheez Whiz; stir until well blended. **Jazz It Up Prepare as directed, adding 1 cup drained canned corn with the rice. Recipe taken from http://www.kraftcanada.com/EN/Recipes/RecipeTemplate?recipe_id=92309 Please feel free to 'donate' your salsa recipes! Thanks so much!

Pizza and Biscuit Hotdish 2 Pkg Buttermilk biscuits 1 1/2 Cup Thick and Chunky Salsa 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup Green Peppers 1/3 Cup Green Onions 1/3 Cup Black Olives 1 Clove Garlic Mix together ingredients. Bake at 375 for 30-35 Min. Bake Biscuits separately. The receipe call for the biscuits to bake on top but the bottoms stay doughy if you do it that way.
