Anyone remember The New Zoo Review?

Just wondering if anyone remembers this. It wasn't really a cartoon, but two humans with three costumed characters, an owl, frog, and hippo. Freddy the Frog, Henrietta Hippo, and Charlie the Owl, to be exact! It was on in the mornings, with singing and dancing and lots of moral learning! I used to have an album of all the songs that I'd listen to over and over.

I remember the song and very foggy on the names. That's all I can recall. I remember more clearly seasme street, Mr rogers and the romper room.
