Compulsion to eat Fatty foods!!

Do you have a compulsion to eat fatty goods. I think humans are attracted to fatty foods as it taste good. Is this tendency in our genes?

Intially, the Warm fatty foods will taste good, gradually when the digestion power is reducing, the inclination towards fatty foods will reverse.
