Headaches,muscle fatigue,stiff neck,shoulder pain and eyestrain.All these are warning signals of stress.Anybody who has been through college cannot deny having experienced any of thse,Particuarly at this time when schools projects,exams and competitions seem to take place all at the same time and seem to be endless.Dealing with stress are these factors.Always get enouh sleep,eat a balanced diet,drink lots of water and exercise.Your tolerance for stress is higher when your body and mind are in the right condition.RECOGNIZE THE SITUATIONS THAT CAUSE YOU STRESS,PRESSURE OR STRAIN. It will be easier for you then to control the situation if you are well aware of what you're up against.Like if it's emotional stresscoming from the way you're dealing with your relationahips,maybe talking things out or giving yourself time alone to enjoy is teh best thing to do to cope with it.LEARN TO PRIORITIZE AND PLAN,and spare yourself from getting a headache. Prioritize your tasks according to urgency and importance.Write down your plans and be sure to follow them.Instead of breaking your back doing so many things at a time,BREAK BIG JOBS INTO SMALL PARTS.If you need other people's help,go ask for it.You'll find that this can also help build camaraderie among peers.LEARN TO UNWIND.Reward yourself after successfully completing a project or going through the exams week.This way, you not only avoid the pains that come with stress,but get to be recharge your energy as well to be able to tackle your next task.KEEP YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR INTACT AT ALLTIME.Having a good sense of humor will surely help you through the stressfull times.Doesn't it feel good to be able to laugh and see the lighter side of things when the going gets tough?Surround yourself with good friends.Isn't going to school more fun and things can get done more quickly when you have friends,who bring out the best in you,by your side?BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH PHYSICAL PAIN.As getting the most out of school learning and enjoying it at the same time is important,things that might get in the way like stressand various pains that come with it must be avoided.Being preparedand knowing how to handle things will surely make a big difference.I hope my topic help you to cope up with stress.
