Loose Weight

Plz can anybody me tell the best way to loose weight.I have tried everything but it doesnt resulted in my favour.Plz help me out guys.

As first, did you try to go to your general practitioner?! Loose weight is a process that starts as first in your mind. You should establish a target and have it always in your mind. Here are some advices: 1. Try to not eat bread during the second part of the day 2. Avoid butter, better oil (raw) 3. Avoid friing 4. Do not exceed with your dinner, try to have a good breakfast with fruit, some bread and yogurt 5. Avoid sweets (Except SOME in the week-end) 6. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day 7. Do not eat between a meal and an other 8. If you feel unsatisfied with what you ate you can take vegetables as much as you want, with a teaspoon of oil or some fruit. 9. Try to run at least 3Km a day 10. Follow your conscience!! Anyway, a doctor will always show you the best way to loose weight without suffering and avoiding bad methods.
