What's the speed limit on highways in your country?

I'm italian, so in my country the speed limit is 130 km/h (about 80,7 mph) and 110 km/h (about 68,3 mph) with rain.
Only in some cases the speed limit is 150 km/h (about 93 mph).

In expressways here in the Philippines, the posted speed limit is 80 kph, which is between 55-60 mph. However, the speed limit is rarely followed if at all, as some vehicles normally drive at a speed of 100 kph, sometimes even faster. Maybe the speed limit should be changed to 100 kph, since this is usually the normal speed used in our expressways anyway.
