do you drink? what is your favorite cocktails?does it require a special base i mean the liquer mix w/ it..I have my favorite "MARTINI' anything that goes w/ it just that i love vodka as base..What is your's? can you share me some of your favorite drinks...

I just saw a new cocktail on Emeril the other night called the chocolate carmeltini, a combination of chocolate liquers, praline & vanilla. It looked quite awesome, a great dessert drink. I can't wait to try it! A friend of mine told me about chocolate martini's too... sounds kinda yummy for a chocoholic like me!
