With the latest hoopla regarding Anna Nicole Smith being sued over a diet pill pills claim to lose X amount of pounds reminded me of the following. Many years ago, while still living in Europe, I heard about a diet pill which had amazing results people were losing weight and were praising this wonder pill until an investigation proved that the pills contained tapeworm eggs! No wonder people could eat whatever they wanted and still lose weight! SEE ATTACHED PHOTO for Dr. Kwaks, Supermodel secret. My question is would you do this and then when you had enough lost enough weight, and had not become really ill, go to the doctor to get rid of the long, long worm that was wrapped around your insides??

Ooh no, couldn't think of much worse than this. How long ago are we talking about here? This sounds positively medieval! It also reminds me a bit of a recent episode of Dr Who (possible spoiler - please read no further if you're into Dr Who!)... ...where there was a great new diet pill that worked a treat, yet on further investigation they found that it turned your fat into little alien creatures who waited until you were asleep and then ran away!

I have never heard of such a thing. It amazes me at times what humans will do. I personally would never do it. Yuk. I cannot see that this would be healthy, nor helpful. If the correction for the eating habits are not mended, then the person will be right back where they started again. Blessings M&M

Me? No way! That is silly. I have never been one into my looks so much that I could do anything that would jeopardize my health.

No I wouldn't do it and it sounds really gross BUT ,if you really think about it, it may be less hazardous than some of the diet pills people gobble down and get addicted to.
