if your system hangs suddenly what will you do to make it work?

i face this problem daily with my system.the only solution is know is to press ctrl+alt+del.any other suggestions?

I jus take a break.. Go for a coffee, take a walk.. And hopefully wen i am back, its back to normal.

i will suggest ctr+alter+del but you are talking that you face this problem everyday then i will say that you must reload your operating system to work your pc more batter
it might be some error in the os of your pc so take back up of your data and reload the os
