my daughter started sleeping through the night around 2 months old. she is now 6 months, and once in a while will get up in the night, but immediately falls back asleep. once she starts to teeth, i am sure it will change. but as of right now, my nights are clear from about 9:30/10:00 until 7:30/8:00. every baby is different, and yours will find a schedule when ready.

My son started sleeping through the night regularly when he was 3 months old. I suppose every child is different. But I was told that the average was around 4 or 5 months.

well you just really have to get them used to being up in the day, and make sure at night things are a bit dark and quiet. babies are all different, but they usually catch on when you put them on a schedule. my daughter slpet the night (the full night) by 1 year of age... she didnt need a bottle or anything.

Every baby is different! My oldest started sleeping through the night at 6 weeks. My twins at 4 weeks! I guess I got lucky in that department!

All my girls slept soundly through the night from about the age of one month. By through the night I mean a good 6 hourse or so. My son started sleeping long stretches at about 8 weeks of age, but even now at the age of 12 months, he's a lousy sleeper and often wakes us up with his crying.

Our daughter started sleeping through the night after a couple of months. We actually had to wake her up for several of her feedings.

It is just different for every baby. I have 4 children. My oldest (who is now 6) finally started sleeping through the night around 5 months (so 20-22 weeks). My son (who is now 5)was about the same--around 20 weeks. My younger daughter (who will be 4 next month) started sleeping through the night at 5 weeks. And our newest daughter started sleeping through the night just around the time she turned 3 months (so 12 weeks). She also never had her days and nights mixed up. From the time we brought her home she slept all night. I mean she still woke to eat 2-3 times each night but she slept all the rest of the time, never fussing and was wakeful during the day. She always went right to sleep at night. We really lucked out with her. Our son had colic and cried all night long. It was a long 5 months before he started sleeping better.
