sentence appeals

My fiance's attorney failed to appeal sentencing,now it's 1-1/2 years later.what can we do?

If the attorney was supposed to appeal the sentence, I would file a complaint with the Bar Association in your county. If he wasn't told to and just didn't file an appeal, I would speak to another attorney and see what your options are. Good luck.
