Can anyone tell what I should do? Should I have removed? Is there a type of medication I could take to reduce the swelling?

What should you do?? You should call a doctor and not ask questions from random netizens about something that is potetially life threatening. I'm not trying to be mean here. But get advice from proffesionals. For your own safety g'luck Force

is it painful? has it always been there and bothered you, or is it seasonal and comes and goes. most likely it's just a cold or the flu. worst case senario it's a goiter and you'll have to see a doctor.
