I don't understand Agloco

I saw some discussions about agloco here, so I joined. I've looked over their website but I can't find and answer for this question: Exactly how do you make money? Let's say I surf for 5 hours a month, how much will they pay me? Or do I have to buy something to get paid? I'm just a little confused. I have signed up with agloco but I think the viewbar will still be available this coming March. We have to wait and while waiting, agloco request us to have more referrals to meet their target of I think 1 million? I think the earnings range from $1 to $5 a month, may be more, but this is some amount already in the Philippines and we have to surf only for 5 hours a month, that's not everyday so we just spend a little time surfing. I think this will be a good source of additional income.
