I am 39 today and I think that this an especially magical time for a wiccan.
It is also very significant for everyone as it is the 2nd Month and the 7th Day and the Year is 2007, if you write this as numbers and remove the 00 you get 27/27.

First of all, best wishes for your birthday, ma'm. Many, many happy returns of the day.
It just happened to me that a birthday is a very special occassion, because it's the day every year when we complete a complete revolution of 938900000 km or, 583400000 miles around the sun at an average velocity of 106000km/hr or, 66000miles/hr. Now that gives us enough reason to rejoice at each of our birthdays! So, as you say, Bright Blessings to everyone.
