Yes, i have a problem with the Vacaville Ford Company, as of Dec. 18th 07 I traded my 2007 red mustang for a 2007 suposidly new convertable mustang. I already paid one payment for the convertable. The bank keeps calling me, and know I have a 30 day late on my credit for the red mustang promised by ford to pay off that loan. But failed to do so . As I have been in to the dealership several times already and they still promised but did not come through. The accountant for the finance department ( Bruce) seems to be ducking me. I can never get ahold of him. Also I got a letter from the DMV saying that my new car has already been registered in may. And I bought it as a new car. If you could please respond to this note as no one else will. I dont know what to do . Thank you and sorry for any inconvience this may cause.
