Hey friends.I always wished to ask you all that waht do you all do when you go to the bed at night to sleep.The last thing you do on your bed just before you fell asleep.I thank god for everything and pray from him to show me a better morning tomorrow.Please share with me...

i play with my mobile in my bed or i even listen to radio, i keep myself distracted with it
