Can anybody explain to me what chacha is and how to be a member. I've read that you need invitations for this, can anyone invite me? Will this work even if I am in the Philippines? Help, I need more information.

It's a search engine with live guides. I'm not sure if you can become a guide in another country or not, I'd go to the website and investigate. It's easy to get an invite, just ask a guide for one in a search, and they'll usually send you one.
