You can sell it at a antics Dealer or Auction it off the the Dutch bank will not accept it anymore.

Look out for nearest numismatic society and get their members list. You can sell to any member. If they are current coins of The Netherlands, then go to money-changers and get the payment at current exchange rate. If they are old coins, there are catalgoues which can tell the exact market price. While selling you always get less than the catalogue price.
