The best pick-up line should be no line at all. Just say hello and begin a genuine conversation. Ask her about herself. Try to phrase questions that don't seem like your trying to pry into her privacy. Ask about hobbies, interests, type of work, or where she grew up. Most people, women included, really like to talk about themselves more than any other topic. If you can be a good listener, that beats a line everytime.
