TIPS TO STOP SMOKING...help me out!!

Can you help me quit? DId you quit yourself? Is it as hard as I have experienced? I have tried to quit three times, My record is three weeks, but hey, I still get back to my little friend, I,ve tried allan carrs book, how to stop smoking, I,ve tried to decide for myself to stop......It ruining my health and I don,t want to smoke anymore........Have anyone managed to quit???? how did you do it??

Eat Chewing Gum or Mentos or any other mints when i feel like to smoke, i quited smoking about 1 year ago and this is the way i used to quit it.

You have to set a quit date, then start changing your smoking habits. If you smoke when you first get up, wait a while before having that first cig. If you always light up in the car, don't. If you like to smoke after eating, wait awhile before lighting up. If you have a favorite time and place to smoke, change it. Break those habits and when your day to quit comes up, you won't have as many triggers to smoke. Also you can try the nicotine patches or the gum. Good luck, I smoke and I am going to quit too. Its a tough habit to break. Also get rid of your ashtrays, lighters, and most of all cig's.
