Child Comparision.....

This will definitely demoralise the children (child). Everyone should talk positive about the children at home, at school, at partieis etc. Child's mind is like a flower and negative feed backs will make them get inside shell and it may lead to development of inferiority complex.

I don't think its fair to compare one child to another. Every child is different, unique, and learns things at their own pace. There will always be some things that come more easily to one person than to another. I think by comparing one child to another, all you are doing is hurting their self-esteem.
