Actually for me, saying i love you to your love one, is not just on valentine day, it should be express everyday, not just the word but with gestures and actions.So it doesnt matter if it is Valentine or not. Although this Valentine day is given to be the special day to those people who are in love, and the day to express more on how they trully feel.Just a simple opinion.
